Smith.ai Now Integrates with Your Clio Calendar

In 2019, Clio launched a calendar that can be used with your Clio Manage and Clio Grow accounts. Schedule and see appointments directly on your Clio Calendar, or connect it to your Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar to continue using your current system. You can use your Clio Calendar to easily track all communications with new leads and current clients.

Since Smith.ai’s receptionists are often the first point of contact with new leads (whether on calls or chat), we’ve integrated with the Clio Calendar to help reduce back-and-forth follow up for you. Here’s how the integration works:

How Smith.ai and Clio Calendar Work Together

When you connect your Clio Calendar to Smith.ai, our receptionists can book appointments for your new leads, current clients, and anyone else when they call or chat in. This integration will save you countless hours following up on calls or chats. When someone contacts your business via Smith.ai, we’ll take down their information and book them on the calendar you already use, using your custom instructions. Your leads and clients will be satisfied, knowing they have a meeting set up with you, and you will never be interrupted.

Set up and configure your meetings the way you want them. Are new lead consultations 30 minutes but client check-ins are 15 minutes? Use Clio Scheduler (or Calendly) to configure different meeting types and your Smith.ai receptionist will book your caller or chatter appropriately. Want us to qualify leads first? Just send us a couple of qualification questions and we’ll make sure we only book leads who are a good fit to become your client.

Your newly scheduled appointment will appear in your Clio Calendar, but also Clio Grow and Clio Manage. Not only can you plan accordingly for consultations, but new leads will automatically be created in your Clio Grow CRM and, if they convert to clients, you can transfer them to Clio Manage. Syncing your systems in this way can save you time and help you avoid missing appointments. Don’t have Clio Grow and Clio Manage? No problem. You can use Calendly to book appointments on your Clio Calendar instead.
