  • If a contact already exists, the contact is updated, and a note with the call details is added

  1. Go to your virtual receptionist dashboard.
  2. Select the Integrations tab.
  3. Next, select HighLevel to begin the integration process.
  4. Click the Connect HighLevel button.
  5. Select the HighLevel account you’d like to connect. 
  6. That’s it! Once you’ve completed the last step, you'll be presented with a confirmation page, and the integration between your account and HighLevel will be live! integration with HighLevel is free
