How the and ActiveCampaign Integration Works

With this integration, Chat creates or updates leads in your ActiveCampaign account after every chat conversation. We will:

  • Create a new contact with name, email address, and phone number (if phone is collected)
  • Add chat transcript to the new contact
  • If the conversation was with an existing contact, we’ll search for them by email and add the transcript to the contact as a note.
