Now, for law firms using both Clio Manage and Clio Grow, you can choose which types of callers are logged in each software program. The most common request this feature addresses is having all leads logged in Clio Grow, while all clients are logged in Clio Manage, but you can set it up however you prefer.

Note: If you don’t include how to route specific types of callers, all callers will go into both Clio programs by default.
