Virtual Receptionists Now Integrates Directly with Lawcus CRM


Today, we’re thrilled to announce that now directly integrates with Lawcus! 

While receptionists are already able to complete Lawcus intake forms, this new direct integration enables faster, more efficient, and better organized communication with leads, clients, industry peers, court staff, and more. When you connect with Lawcus, your receptionist calls will now appear in your Lawcus Interactions tab. It's that simple!  

Attorneys and staff will not only benefit from never missing a call with this new integration, but they will also be able to quickly understand the work already completed, and then immediately identify and assign tasks for next steps.

If you're not yet familiar with Lawcus, it’s legal practice management software to help lawyers and firms work remotely and more efficiently. Lawcus helps streamline Legal Practice Management, CRM, and Client Intake so you can focus on what truly matters: your clients! Their system offers lead management, case management, billing and invoicing, task management, and many other features to help you efficiently operate your law firm. 

Within Lawcus, calls can now be found instantly after each call is handled by one of our virtual receptionists — complete with all of the contact information of the caller (including phone number and email) and call summary notes written by the receptionist who handled the call for your firm. And if the contact doesn’t already exist in your system, don’t worry as our system will create a new one after checking for a match! ‍

Now, every time a lead or client calls your firm, the date and time of the call, name and contact information of the caller, type of call (incoming or outgoing), and summary details will appear directly in your Phone log in your Lawcus Interactions tab. 

Setting up the integration is simple and it’ll save you time — eliminating time-consuming data entry tasks of manually entering every call, reducing data entry errors, and keeping all of the firm operators in the loop on lead and client interactions by phone.

How to connect your Lawcus CRM account with

All you need to get started is an account with both companies. Read on below to set up this integration for your firm, or view the instructions in our help article.

  • Request your unique Lawcus "app approval URL" by emailing 
  • Once you receive the URL (typically in less than 24 hours), open it in your web browser. Follow the prompts to log in to Lawcus. This authorizes the connection between your Lawcus and accounts.
  • Reply to the original email you sent to to confirm you have completed the connection process in Step 2, and send us any Lawcus-specific call handling requests, such as how to complete a Lawcus intake form for potential qualified clients who call in.
  • That's it! You'll now see conversations logged in your Interactions tab, with the full details of the call summary included.

How calls appear in Lawcus‍

Once you’ve installed the integration to your Lawcus account, you’ll be able to view your receptionist-handled calls under the “Phone log” of your “Interactions” tab, visible on your Lawcus dashboard. 

Under your “Phone log” history, you’ll be able to see the following details of each call that has handled for your firm:

  • Date and time of the call
  • Contact information for the caller (phone number and email)
  • Whether the call was inbound or outbound
  • A detailed summary of the call

You’ll also see options to take actions with the call, including the ability to:

  • Edit call details
  • Delete the call (not typically recommended)

That’s it! With's new Lawcus integration, you’ll never miss a call, remain in the loop with all communications, and save precious time otherwise spent on data entry, reconciliation, and switching between different systems.
