Before you install anything, you’ll need to go to your chat provider control panel and copy the embed code that you will use to paste into the Kajabi site editor. It’s best to open Kajabi in one tab and your chat tool in another so that you can have both dashboards up at once. Copy the code to your clipboard, and then move on to your preferred installation method below. 

Installing the chat on the entire site

Most commonly, people will choose to install the chat feature so that it comes up on every page of the site. This is simple, thanks to Kajabi. Here's what you need to do:


Step One: Log into your dashboard on Kajabi and click the “Website” tab

Step Two: Open the page editor for your Pages and click “Settings”

Step Three: Select “Custom Code”

Step Four: In the JavaScript Code box, paste the embed code copied from your website. 

Step Five: Click “Save” and then check to ensure the widget is working properly

Step Six: Click “Save” and test your widget
