When AI Receptionist syncs with Clio Grow and Clio Manage you can easily manage client records across platforms. Use Grow and Manage together or independently to fit your firm's needs. 

When both integrations are connected, caller info is automatically routed to the right Clio system:

• New leads are routed to your Clio Grow Inbox after every phone call. From your Inbox, you can choose to add the new lead as a contact, complete quick intake for the caller, or another action. Whatever you choose, the primary benefit of the instant addition of the new lead’s info and the call summary to Clio Grow is that you don’t have extra items on your "to-do" list to manually add all new leads who contacted your law practice each day — their data is automatically logged in Clio. 
• Existing clients are logged in Clio Manage, so their records are always up-to-date. When we receive a client call for you, Smith.ai automatically syncs call summaries and contact information (name, email, phone number), to Clio Manage. We’ll add phone calls to the corresponding contact and case, plus you’ll see them in the Communications log.
