You can even transfer the video to YouTube and add it to your marketing collection there once the live tour is done. 

2. Make sure your online presence is on point 

The majority of people who are looking to buy or sell a home start online. If your online presence is lacking in any way, it won’t matter how many promotions you run or what kind of offers you give people. Take the time to optimize your website, make sure it’s mobile-friendly, and connect all of your profiles to business pages like Google My Business so that you can get listed locally and show up on tools like Google Maps. All of this will ensure that when people are searching for realtors in your area, they’re more likely to come across your name. Having a good online presence is a promotion in and of itself. 

3. Use social media to showcase your deals 

In addition to live tours, you can also post listings and even share sales or purchases that you’ve assisted with on your social media page. You can publish these on your website and share them on social media, helping people see you as a thought leader and value your reputation as a real estate professional. 

7. Give incentives for testimonials and/or referrals

Many people will leave reviews or refer people to someone with no incentive, simply because they’re so pleased with the service that they received. However, if you do offer an incentive, you can crank up the referral and review engines and get a lot more than you would organically.
