Harmonizely is a free shared calendar app that enables you to schedule meetings directly to your online calendar — including Google, iCloud, and Office 365, FastMail, Zimbra, Zoho, CalDAV solutions, and more. Harmonizely also allows for multiple meeting types, configured with your availability, custom questions, meeting duration and buffer times, email notifications, timezone detection, and other personalizations.

Now, you can integrate Harmonizely with Smith.ai and our receptionists will book appointments from calls and chats directly onto your calendar. Connect Harmonizely and Smith.ai to have meetings and consultations seamlessly scheduled on your current calendar, saving you time spent on back-and-forth follow up with callers and chatters. Here's how it works:

How Smith.ai and Harmonizely Work Together

Sync Harmonizely with your online calendar to create shared links where appointments can be scheduled directly (without worrying about double-bookings). You can have clients, leads, colleagues, consultants, judges, or anyone else book appointments that align with your current schedule and availability. Using “Meeting Types,” Harmonizely allows you to customize and streamline different types of appointments: consultations with new leads, short check-ins, meetings with current clients, or custom meetings just for your business.

Smith.ai receptionists can use these Harmonizely link(s) to book appointments while on calls and chats with your new leads, current clients, and anyone else contacting you. When a potential new lead contacts your business for the first time, our receptionists will answer with a friendly tone, qualify the lead as a good fit for your business, and then book a consultation on your calendar — all in the same conversation. These fast bookings can lead to better conversion rates, while reducing the time you spend following up with new leads. For current clients who call or chat in, simply set up an alternate Meeting Type for check-ins or in-office meetings — they'll be blown away by the immediate access, and you'll never be interrupted!

Dig into Harmonizely’s customization to better prepare you and your contact for the upcoming meeting. Within each Meeting Type, you can choose to require a phone number, set buffer times, add custom questions, adjust notifications, change messaging, limit how soon meetings can be booked, and more.
