ZynCal syncs to your calendar in real-time and it will only show your available appointment time slots, not any details on your calendar. We can use your unique link to schedule a consultation with new leads from phone calls or live chat. Also, we can book appointments with current clients, according to your specific directions. Just email us and let us know how to handle each situation.
After the appointment is booked, ZynCal will contact you with appointment details and Smith.ai will send you the call notes or chat transcript. Both softwares can integrate with your Salesforce CRM to instantly sync all your systems.
