Setting up Smith.ai with Assembly Neos

If you’re already a Neos user, getting started is simple.

1. Log into your Assembly Neos portal.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Integrations.

4. Find and click on Smith.ai from the integration list.

5. Choose the email address to connect from the drop-down and click Activate.

6. Go to your Smith.ai virtual receptionist dashboard.

7. Click on “Integrations” from the menu.

8. Select Assembly Neos to begin the integration process.

9. Complete the required form with your Assembly Neos Company ID.

10. Click the Connect Assembly Neos button.

That’s it! Once you’ve completed the last step, you'll see a confirmation, and the integration between your Smith.ai account and Assembly Neos will be live! Your calls will now appear automatically in Assembly Neos, complete with call summaries and key information.
