For clients who have used Smith.ai’s receptionists for business calls, their entire call history will appear in the dashboard. Follow our setup instructions to access your dashboard at any time (like right now!).
Once signed into your dashboard, navigate to “Call History,” to see previous calls, including the number of calls from existing customers versus new leads. Calls will be listed historically, with the most recent at the top, but you can filter them based on status, disposition, and/or priority. Click through to an individual call record to access the answering receptionist’s name, call summary, disposition, and more.
Navigate to “Call Handling” to access your settings and preferences, including your Smith.ai number, all transfer lines, whitelisted numbers, blocked numbers, and your voicemail greetings. Double check all your settings to ensure you are happy with them. Please note that the dashboard is currently read only. To update any preferences, you’ll need to email email@example.com and we’ll get after it.
