Sync conversations with your Lawcus CRM (Native)

Our receptionist service integrates with your Lawcus CRM, so each time one of our receptionists handles a call or chat for your firm, the information will be automatically synced to your account in addition to being sent to your email and SMS. You'll also be able to view every Smith.ai call and chat in your Lawcus Interactions tab within your Lawcus account. The information displayed will include the date and time of the conversation, the contact information of the lead, whether the prospect was inbound or outbound, and a detailed summary. If the contact doesn’t already exist in your system, don’t worry, as our system will automatically create a new contact after checking existing records for a match.

Use Lawcus forms to intake new qualified leads (Native) 

Our receptionists can screen, qualify, and intake new leads using your Lawcus intake forms. We’ll handle the call or chat, answer questions about your business, and conduct new client intake with qualified leads based on your instructions.
