SnapEngage offers a collection of bots for upgraded plans, including an answer bot, guide bot, and a full chatbot API to help you create a sandbox tool that fits your brand. The tool also integrates with CRMs, help desks, and other tools that you use, and it complies with major security requirements to give you peace of mind in all of your chats. 

The SnapEngage chatbot platform does have a lot of premium charges for these features, rather than including them in the package, but that’s because not all brands will need them. You do get access to HIPAA-compliant chat solutions and social media integrations, along with multiple channels to ensure optimal engagement and conversion rates. 

The Chatbot can be customized with an open API just like SnapEngage, but the smart chatbot will learn as it goes and tweak itself for you. You can also integrate with your tech stack when you choose the Chatbot, and you’ll get premium security and compliance features, too. 

SnapEngage shows promise, but they could stand to smooth out the pricing information a little bit. Plus, their feature list is somewhat lacking on the free plan, comparatively. That’s why the Chatbot comes out on top, time and again—it offers everything you need and then some, and there’s nothing confusing about the fact that it’s 100% free.
