Smith.ai integrates with MyCase so each time one of our receptionists handles a call for your firm, the information will be automatically synced to your MyCase account. You'll be able to view every Smith.ai call in your MyCase Call Log, within the Communications tab on your MyCase dashboard. For each call, the information displayed will include: the date and time of the call, the contact information of the caller, whether the call was inbound or outbound, and a detailed summary of the call.
