AI does a great job of following instructions and approximating human language patterns, so it can flex with caller preferences (e.g., when a hurried caller asks it to “speed up,” it does). But sometimes it’s especially important to stick to the script, like when you need a caller to hear a precise statement, such as a legal disclaimer that is recited verbatim. In cases like those, we can build in protocols that trigger when specific criteria are met by the caller.
