How Smith.ai calls appear in HighLevel

When you connect Smith.ai with HighLevel, all calls handled by Smith.ai’s receptionists will now appear in HighLevel. With this integration, after every call, Smith.ai will:

• Check if the caller exists
• If no contact exists, a new contact is created as a lead, and a note with the call details is added.
• If a contact already exists, the contact is updated, and a note with the call details is added.
