With the Zoho integration, you can see what work has already been completed on the call by the receptionists, and from there, you’ll be able to immediately identify and assign tasks for the next steps. 

When you connect Smith.ai with Zoho, your receptionist calls will now appear in Zoho. With this integration, after every call, Smith.ai will:

• Create new leads for callers that don’t exist in Zoho
  

• Log a call for all callers on the matching lead or contact

• Show all calls in the calls tab of Zoho
