CHOOSE FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME
We operate 24/7/365. We hire for both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time positions. We offer flexible hours with a requirement to work one shift on Monday and a minimum of 25 hours per week. Our scheduling offers set hours, providing a level of predictability for our agents and contributes to a positive work/life balance. Shifts are broken into 2- to 5-hour blocks, and are scheduled based on the business needs of Smith.ai and its clients, as well as your availability.
OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES
We are constantly expanding our services for small businesses, and one of our newest offerings is Outreach Campaigns. In addition to answering incoming calls as Virtual Receptionists, our Outreach Campaign team members are specially trained to handle various types of outbound calls. The work often entails appointment setting, customer follow-ups, pre-sales engagement, and more.
