Virtual Receptionist - Work from Home
Smith.ai is actively hiring Virtual Receptionists who are seeking a work-from-home opportunity. This is not a customer service or call center position, we are acting as the in-house secretary/receptionist for multiple and diverse businesses. As a receptionist you will be entrusted with tasks that are crucial to the growth and success of the businesses we assist. You will be the first line of contact between the business and their potential new clients, existing clients, and other individuals. You will need professional communication skills, both verbal and written. This position requires 100% English fluency.
We operate 24/7/365. We hire for both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time positions. For part-time positions, we require a minimum of 25 hrs per week. Shifts are broken into 2- to 5-hour blocks, and are scheduled based on the business needs of Smith.ai and its clients, as well as your availability.
We are constantly expanding our services for small businesses, and one of our newest offerings is outreach campaigns. In addition to answering incoming calls as Virtual Receptionists, our Outreach Campaign team members are specially trained to handle various types of outbound calls. The work often entails appointment setting, customer follow-ups, pre-sales engagement, and more.
