​​Virtual Receptionist - Work from Home is actively hiring Virtual Receptionists who are seeking a work-from-home opportunity. This is not a customer service or call center position, we are acting as the in-house secretary/receptionist for multiple and diverse businesses. As a receptionist you will be entrusted with tasks that are crucial to the growth and success of the businesses we assist. You will be the first line of contact between the business and their potential new clients, existing clients, and other individuals. You will need professional communication skills, both verbal and written. This position requires 100% English fluency.

Virtual Receptionist


As a Virtual Receptionist you will:

  • Work 100% remote, working in the convenience of your home.
  • Answer calls for a variety of different businesses and professionals as a virtual receptionist. (Businesses include law offices, accountants, IT firms, small businesses, etc.)
  • Take messages, screen new clients, book appointments, collect payments, and transfer calls.
  • Understand the caller’s needs and provide relevant business information.


  • English Fluency 100%
  • Multitasking skills
  • Have previous call-handling experience
  • Desktop or laptop computer with Google Chrome browser installed
    • Minimum 8GB RAM
    • Minimum 1024x768 display resolution
  • Reliable, strong high-speed broadband internet connection.
  • Strong typing skills: at minimum 40 wpm
  • A quiet environment for answering calls, plus a headset with a microphone arm attached.
  • Part-time and Full-time shifts available
  • Minimum requirement of 5 hrs a day, Monday through Friday.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting at $11/hr USD
  • This is a freelance position (no law benefits offered)

We operate 24/7/365. We hire for both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time positions. For part-time positions, we require a minimum of 25 hrs per week. Shifts are broken into 2- to 5-hour blocks, and are scheduled based on the business needs of and its clients, as well as your availability.
