But small businesses often experience growth, and expand to add personnel (which is great!). So to address this, we’re excited to announce that we’ve built an exciting new Keypad feature: Teams. You can now invite your employees as separate users within your Keypad account; they can sign in separately, make concurrent calls, and access call history and routing.
To get started, sign into your Keypad account and invite your employees to become team members. They will be emailed a link to create a login using their unique credentials (name and email address).
Once they have set up their team member account, they can:
You, the account owner, won’t need to share credentials or access for your employees to use your company’s Keypad account when they need it.
Don’t worry, we limit the access of team members so they cannot add or remove numbers, add-on any features, or add/change billing information. They also cannot invite anyone new as a team member. Basically, your staff won’t be able to rack up unnecessary charges on your account without your permission.
In the near future, you’ll be able to see which team member made each call, allowing you to assign calls, easily troubleshoot client issues, and maintain better transparency within your team.
