Use case 1: Segment clients based on ZIP code
There were a few instances that prompted us to build CRM integration into the Smith.ai system. One of our pros, a small business in healthcare, wanted a CRM system so they could better understand the zip code distribution of new leads and existing clients. Whenever a call comes in, the pro dispatches their team to the right zip code. Prior to integration, the team had to read every message from our virtual receptionists, and then enter the information manually into their system, powered by Storepoint.co, to find the nearest clinic and dispatch the call. This process leaves the caller waiting on hold for an extended period of time, possibly exacerbating the anxiety and distress from their accident. After integration, Smith.ai’s intelligent system now automatically figures out the closest clinic and allows our receptionists to do a 1-click connect, while simultaneously syncing the client info to Capsule. This enables the caller to be connected directly with the help they need, and enabling the pro to improve efficiency and workflow.
Use case 2: Detailed tracking of client interaction
One of our Apple consultancies was using Capsule CRM to manage his relationships with customers and track their project status. Before using Smith.ai, every time a customer called him, he would manually enter the information himself and update his records. Since we are now handling the calls for him, he wanted to see if we could make things easier — and more automatic. At Smith.ai we love accommodating our pros.
